Ingredients
Potatoes | 100gm (Boiled, peeled and mashed) |
Peas | ¼ cup |
Onion | 1 Chopped |
Green Chillies | 2 Chopped |
Seasoning seeds | few |
Turmeric Powder | ¼ tsp |
Chilli Powder | 1 tsp |
Dhania Powder | 1 tsp |
Ginger/Garlic Paste | 1 tsp |
Oil | 1 tbsp |
Curry Leaves | |
Salt | To taste |
Puff Pastry Sheet | 1 |
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté mustard, cumin seeds. Then add onion, green chillie and fry well.
- Add ginger/garlic paste, curry leaves and turmeric powder – fry well.
- Add mashed potatoes, peas and salt. Cook until it is tender.
- Sprinkle coriander powder, chilli powder and cilantro leaves. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Cut each puff sheet into 5 pieces.
- Unfold the layers, stuff with potato curry and fold usinf some water.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degree F and place the puffs in a baking tray. Bake them until golden brown for 20 to 30 minutes.
