Ingredients
Cilantro | 1 bunch |
Red chillies | 5 |
Tamarind | Little bit |
Urad dala | 1 tbsp |
Hing, oil, salt |
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add urad dal, when it turns light brown add red chillies and hing.
- Remove from the fire.
- Grind with cilantro, tamarind and salt.
- If we want add seasoning to this chutney.
