Ingredients
Avarakkai | ¼ kg |
Coconut | 1 tbsp |
Cumin | ½ tsp |
Garlic | 2 pods |
Green chillies | 6 |
Mustard | ½ tsp |
Turmeric powder | ¼ tsp |
Salt, oil, curry leaves |
Method
- Grind coconut, cumin, garlic, and green chillies with turmeric powder coarsely.
- Heat oil in a pan, season it, add avaraikkai and reduce the stove.
- Cover and stir it for every 5 minutes.
- Add little bit water and, salt and cook.
- Now add ground masala. Cook till it becomes dry.
