AVARAKKAI PORIYAL

Ingredients


Avarakkai
¼ kg
Coconut
1 tbsp
Cumin
½ tsp
Garlic
2 pods
Green chillies
6
Mustard
½ tsp
Turmeric powder
¼ tsp
Salt, oil, curry leaves



Method


  1. Grind coconut, cumin, garlic, and green chillies with turmeric powder coarsely.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, season it, add avaraikkai and reduce the stove.
  3. Cover and stir it for every 5 minutes.
  4. Add little bit water and, salt and cook.
  5. Now add ground masala. Cook till it becomes dry.
