Ingredients
Chicken legs | 6 |
Onion | 2 |
G/g paste | 2 tsp |
Tomato | 2 |
Curd | ¼ cup |
Turmeric powder | 1 tsp |
Green chillies | 2 |
Chilli powder | 2 tsp |
Garam masala | ½ tsp |
Curry leaves, salt |
Method
- Marinate chicken with salt and turmeric powder.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion, g/g paste, curd, curry leaves, garam masala one by one. Add chicken legs- mix well.
- Add tomato, chilli powder, salt and 1 cup of water. Cook in the low flame.
- Finally add cilantro.
