Ingredients
Kappa | ¼ kg |
Red Chillies | 7 |
Coconut | 2 pieces |
Cumin | ½ tsp |
Garlic | 3 pods |
Pepper | ½ tsp |
Salt | To taste |
Oil | 1 tsp |
Curry leaves | |
Tamarind pulp | Little bit |
Turmeric powder | ¼ tsp |
Method
- Grind red chillies, coconut, cumin, garlic and pepper coarsely.
- Heat oil in a pan, add seasoning.
- Add this ground mixture along with kappa, tamarind pulp, turmeric powder and salt.
- Cook till done.
