Ingredients


Kappa
¼ kg
Red Chillies
7
Coconut
2 pieces
Cumin
½ tsp
Garlic
3 pods
Pepper
½ tsp
Salt
To taste
Oil
1 tsp
Curry leaves

Tamarind pulp
Little bit
Turmeric powder
¼ tsp



Method


  1. Grind red chillies, coconut, cumin, garlic and pepper coarsely.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add seasoning.
  3. Add this ground mixture along with kappa, tamarind pulp, turmeric powder and salt.
  4. Cook till done.
