Method


  1. Grind coconut, green chillies, cumin, onion and garlic coarsely.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, and curry leaves and vegetables.
  3. Cover it and cook it in a medium heat. Stir periodically.
  4. If it sticks in the bottom add little bit water.
  5. Add tamarind pulp.
  6. Now add ground masala and salt. Mix it well.
