MASALA DOSAI

Ingredients


Potato
2 (cooked)
Onion
1
Tomato
1
Green chillies
3
G/g paste
½ tsp
Salt, curry leaves, oil



Method


  1. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard, and add onion and sauté.
  2. Add g/g paste and sauté. Add tomato and fry.
  3. Add potato followed by water and salt.
  4. Cook till becomes thick and keep aside.
  5. Place this masala into dosa.
