EGG CURRY

Ingredients


Eggs
6
Chilli powder
1 ½ tsp
Garlic
2 pods
Onion
1 (chopped)
Coconut
1 tbsp
Cumin
½ tsp
Tamarind
Little bit
Coriander powder
3 tsp
Turmeric powder
¼ tsp
Pepper
½ tsp
Drumstick
1 (cut into halves)
Tomato
1
Salt, curry leaves, oil



Method


  1. Grind coconut, cumin, garlic and pepper into a fine paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add seasoning then add onion and drumstick – Fry them.
  3. Add tomato and fry. Add tamarind pulp along with chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Let it boil.
  4. Add finely ground masala. Boil well and reduce the stove to sim.
  5. Break the eggs into the curry. Cover it and cook. Add curry leaves.
