Ingredients
Eggs | 6 |
Chilli powder | 1 ½ tsp |
Garlic | 2 pods |
Onion | 1 (chopped) |
Coconut | 1 tbsp |
Cumin | ½ tsp |
Tamarind | Little bit |
Coriander powder | 3 tsp |
Turmeric powder | ¼ tsp |
Pepper | ½ tsp |
Drumstick | 1 (cut into halves) |
Tomato | 1 |
Salt, curry leaves, oil |
Method
- Grind coconut, cumin, garlic and pepper into a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, add seasoning then add onion and drumstick – Fry them.
- Add tomato and fry. Add tamarind pulp along with chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Let it boil.
- Add finely ground masala. Boil well and reduce the stove to sim.
- Break the eggs into the curry. Cover it and cook. Add curry leaves.
