Moong dal
½ cup
Brinjal

Potato
Optional
Drumstick
Optional
Carrot
Optional
Onion

Tomato

Salt, curry leaves, oil

Sambar powder
½ tsp
Turmeric powder
¼ tsp


Method


  1. Cook moong dal with vegetables, onion and tomato. Mash them.
  2. Heat oil in a pan; add cooked mixture, turmeric powder, sambar powder and salt.
  3. Let it boil and add curry leaves.
