Drumstick | Optional |
Carrot | Optional |
Onion | ½ |
Tomato | 1 |
Salt, curry leaves, oil | |
Sambar powder | ½ tsp |
Turmeric powder | ¼ tsp |
Method
- Cook moong dal with vegetables, onion and tomato. Mash them.
- Heat oil in a pan; add cooked mixture, turmeric powder, sambar powder and salt.
- Let it boil and add curry leaves.
