Ingredients
Raw rice | ½ cup |
Boiled rice | ½ cup |
Channa dal | ¾ cup |
Toor dal | ¼ cup |
Urad dal | 1/8 cup |
Red chillies | 4 |
Garlic, asafetida | |
Onion, coconut flakes |
Method
- Wash and soak all dal with red chillies. Fry onion in oil.
- Grind with garlic and asafetida.
- After grinding add coconut flakes and fried onion and curry leaves.
- Then make dosa.
