ADAI DOSAI

Ingredients


Raw rice
½ cup
Boiled rice
½ cup
Channa dal
¾ cup
Toor dal
¼ cup
Urad dal
1/8 cup
Red chillies
4
Garlic, asafetida

Onion, coconut flakes



Method

 

  1. Wash and soak all dal with red chillies. Fry onion in oil.
  2. Grind with garlic and asafetida.
  3. After grinding add coconut flakes and fried onion and curry leaves.
  4. Then make dosa.
