Ingredients
Tomatoes | 3 |
Onion | 1 |
Coconut | 2 pieces |
Chilli powder | 1 ½ tsp |
Dhania powder | 1 tsp |
Fennel seeds (fried) | ½ tsp |
Turmeric powder | ¼ tsp |
Salt | To taste |
Oil | 2 tsp |
Curry leaves | |
Mustard | ½ tsp |
Method
- Grind coconut, chilli powder, dhania powder, fried fennel seeds and turmeric powder.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard and curry leaves.
- Add onion and fry well.
- Add tomatoes and fry slightly.
- Then add ground masala and required amount of water and salt.
- Boil well.
