Ingredients
Channa dal | 1 cup |
Red chillies | 5 |
Asafoetida | Pinch |
Salt | To taste |
Beans | 1 cup |
Oil | 2 tsp |
Method
- Cook the vegetable separately with less water.
- Grind channa dal, red chillies, asafoetida and salt coarsely.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the ground mix and fry till it tender without any lumps.
- Now add the vegetables and mix well.
