Ingredients


Moong dal
½ cup
Coconut

Vegetables (mixed)
1 cup
Green chillies

Turmeric powder

Lemon

Oil

Mustard

Red chillies

Method


  1. Take coconut milk 3 times as milk1, milk2 and milk 3.
  2. Cook vegetables with milk3. Cook moong dal separately. Add cooked dal into the cooked vegetable.
  3. Add milk2. Let it boil.
  4. Grind green chillies with turmeric powder. Add this paste into the boiled mixture. Let it boil for few minutes and add salt.
  5. Pour milk1. When it starts to boil switch off the stove.
  6. Heat oil in a pan, add seasoning and pour this into the curry.
  7. After 2 minutes add lemon juice.
