Ingredients
Moong dal | ½ cup |
Coconut | ½ |
Vegetables (mixed) | 1 cup |
Green chillies | 7 |
Turmeric powder | ¼ tsp |
Lemon | ½ |
Oil | 2 tsp |
Mustard | ½ tsp |
Red chillies | 4 |

Method
- Take coconut milk 3 times as milk1, milk2 and milk 3.
- Cook vegetables with milk3. Cook moong dal separately. Add cooked dal into the cooked vegetable.
- Add milk2. Let it boil.
- Grind green chillies with turmeric powder. Add this paste into the boiled mixture. Let it boil for few minutes and add salt.
- Pour milk1. When it starts to boil switch off the stove.
- Heat oil in a pan, add seasoning and pour this into the curry.
- After 2 minutes add lemon juice.
