Ingredients
Fish | ¼ kg |
Chilli powder | 1 ½ tsp |
Turmeric powder | ½ tsp |
Pepper | ½ tsp |
Green chillies | 4 |
Mango or tamarind pulp | To taste |
Salt | To taste |
Method
- Add tamarind pulp, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper, green chillies along with fish.
- Cook with salt. Add small amount of water.
- If we have mango, reduce the amount of tamarind pulp.
