Ingredients
Rice flour | 1 cup |
Urad flour | ¼ cup |
Besan flour | ¼ cup |
Butter | 2 tbsp |
Chilli powder | ½ tsp |
Cumin | 1 tsp |
Sesame seeds | 1 tsp |
Salt, Water, Oil |
Method
- Sift rice flour, gram flour, urad dal flour, and red chilli powder and mix sesame seeds, cumin seeds and salt.
- Cut in the butter and mix to form a crumbly texture. Then slowly add water and knead well to form a soft ball.
- Use a Murukku press with star nozzle, squeeze in a small portion of the dough on a plate. Deep fry them
