Ingredients
Rava | 1 cup |
Sugar | ¾ cup |
Cashew | 12 |
Cardamom | 3 |
Ghee | ½ cup |
Method
- Fry rava for 2 minutes and grind it. Grind sugar also.
- Fry cashew in ghee. Put it into rava.
- Mix rava, sugar, and cashew and cardamom well.
- Keep ¼ Th or less of this mixture separately.
- Add ghee into the ¾ th mixture. Mix well.
- Make balls and dip the balls into the remaining mixture.
