Ingredients
Milk | 1 litre |
Almonds | 15 |
Pista | 15 |
Cashew | 15 |
Sugar |
Method
- Grind almonds, pista, and cashew finely.
- Use thick bottom vessel to boil the milk. Reduce the stove into low heat.
- Every 3 minutes, remove paladai from the milk and keep aside.
- When milk becomes ¼ litre, add the nuts powder, sugar and paladai. Stir well.
- Switch off. Let it cool completely.
- Keep it in the fridge. Before serving garnish with chopped nuts.
