Ingredients
Chicken | 1 pound |
G/g paste | 2 tsp |
Whole spices | |
Turmeric powder | ½ tsp |
Cumin powder | 1 tsp |
Fennel powder | 1 tsp |
Garam masala | ½ tsp |
Chilli powder | 2 ½ tsp |
Coriander powder | 1 tsp |
Onion | ½ |
Tomato | 1 |
Cocont milk | 5 tbsp |
Oil, salt, curry leaves |
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, fry whole spices. Add g/g paste and fry.
- Add onion fry till light brown.
- Add tomato and cook well.
- Add all masala powders and salt – mix them.
- Add chicken pieces and cook.
- Add coconut milk, little bit water – reduce the flame and cook.
- Add curry leaves.
