Ingredients
Shrimp | 200 gm |
Chilli powder | 3 tsp |
Garlic | 4 pods |
Clove | 2 |
Cinnamon | Little bit |
Fennel seeds | ½ tsp |
Salt, oil | |
Lemon juice | 1 tsp |
Method
- Grind cinnamon, clove, garlic and fennel seeds.
- Marinate shrimp with this ground masala, chilli powder, salt and lemon juice for at least 3 hours.
- Deep fry them.
