Ingredients
Cooked Rice | 2 cups |
Curd | 2 cups |
Milk | ¼ cup |
Green chillie | 2 (chopped) |
Channa dal | 1 tsp |
Ginger | 1 inch (grated) |
Cilantro | ¼ bunch (chopped) |
Mustard | 1 tsp |
Salt | To taste |
Oil | 2 tsp |
Curry leaves |
Method
- Heat oil, add mustard, curry leaves and channa dal, and splutter it.
- After that add ginger and green chillies, sauté for a minute.
- Take the pan off the stove.
- Add the rice and mix with salt and the other ingredients with yogurt and milk.
