CURD RICE

Ingredients


Cooked Rice
2 cups
Curd
2 cups
Milk
¼ cup
Green chillie
2 (chopped)
Channa dal
1 tsp
Ginger
1 inch (grated)
Cilantro
¼ bunch (chopped)
Mustard
1 tsp
Salt
To taste
Oil
2 tsp
Curry leaves




Method


  1. Heat oil, add mustard, curry leaves and channa dal, and splutter it.
  2. After that add ginger and green chillies, sauté for a minute.
  3. Take the pan off the stove.
  4. Add the rice and mix with salt and the other ingredients with yogurt and milk.
