MUTTON CHUKKA

Ingredients


Mutton (Boneless)
¼ kg
Ginger
1 inch
Garlic
10 pods
Tomato
1
Pepper
1 ½ tsp
Cumin
¾ tsp
Salt, curry leaves, oil



Method

 

  1. Grind ginger, garlic, tomato, pepper and cumin into a fine paste.
  2. Pressure-cook this mutton with ground masala and salt. Do not add water.
  3. Heat oil in a pan; add curry leaves, cashew nuts – fry them.
  4. Now add cooked mutton. Fry till oil separates.
