Ingredients
Mutton (Boneless) | ¼ kg |
Ginger | 1 inch |
Garlic | 10 pods |
Tomato | 1 |
Pepper | 1 ½ tsp |
Cumin | ¾ tsp |
Salt, curry leaves, oil |
Method
- Grind ginger, garlic, tomato, pepper and cumin into a fine paste.
- Pressure-cook this mutton with ground masala and salt. Do not add water.
- Heat oil in a pan; add curry leaves, cashew nuts – fry them.
- Now add cooked mutton. Fry till oil separates.
