EGG MASALA

Ingredients


Eggs

Onion
2
Tomato
2
G/g paste
1 tsp
Chilli powder
½ tsp
Coriander powder
½ tsp
Turmeric powder
¼ tsp
Salt, curry leaves, oil



Method


  1. Boil eggs and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger/garlic paste and fry well.
  3. Now add onion and curry leaves. Fry well.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook well.
  5. Add all powders, salt and mix well.
  6. Add cilantro and ½ cup water and boil it.
  7. Now, add eggs and mix well.
  8. Reduce the flame, cover it and cook till done.
