Ingredients
Onion | 1 big (Chopped) |
Green Chillies | 7 (Chopped) |
Tomato | 1 |
Parotta | 3 (small pieces) |
Eggs | 2 (beaten) |
Non-Veg gravy | 1 cup |
Salt | To taste |
Curry leaves | |
Oil | 2 tsp |
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, fry onion, green chillies well.
- Add tomato and fry.
- Add beaten egg and mix well.
- While mixing, add 3/4th of the gravy (chicken or mutton). Mix well.
- Now add parotta and stir well.
- Add salt and curry leaves and fry.
- Add the remaining gravy and mix well.
