KOTHU PAROTTA

 

 

Ingredients


Onion
1 big (Chopped)
Green Chillies
7 (Chopped)
Tomato
1
Parotta
3 (small pieces)
Eggs
2 (beaten)
Non-Veg gravy
1 cup
Salt
To taste
Curry leaves

Oil
2 tsp



Method


  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry onion, green chillies well.
  2. Add tomato and fry.
  3. Add beaten egg and mix well.
  4. While mixing, add 3/4th of the gravy (chicken or mutton). Mix well.
  5. Now add parotta and stir well.
  6. Add salt and curry leaves and fry.
  7. Add the remaining gravy and mix well.
