Ingredients
Mutton | 1/4kg |
Potato | 1 (Cook and Mashed) |
Ginger/Garlic paste | 1 tsp |
Chilli powder | 1 tsp |
Dhania powder | 1 tsp |
Sombu | ¼ tsp |
Salt | To taste |
Egg whites | From 1 egg |
Bread crumbs | |
Oil | For deep frying |
Onion | 1 chopped |
Green chillies | 2 chopped |
Cilantro Leaves | |
Garam masala | ½ tsp |
Method
- Cook mutton in the pressure cooker. Grind it coarsely.
- Heat oil in a pan, add sombu, onion, ginger/garlic paste, green chillies and fry well.
- Add mutton, potato, chilli powder, dhania powder and salt. Mix it well
- Finally add, garam masala and cilantro leaves. Switch off.
- Let it cool for few minutes.
- Then, make flat balls or any shape.
- Dip into the egg whites (or maida) and bread crumbs
- Deep fry them.
