Ingredients
Kappa | ¼ kg |
Fish | ¼ kg |
Red chillies | 7 |
Coriander | 2 tsp |
Turmeric powder | ¼ tsp |
Pepper | ½ tsp |
Shallots | 4 |
Coconut | Little bit |
Oil | 2 tsp |
Curry leaves, Salt |
Method
- Grind red chillies, coriander, turmeric, pepper, onion and coconut finely.
- Heat oil in a pan, add seasoning.
- Now add the ground mixture along with fish, kappa and salt.
- Add little bit water if necessary.
- Cook till done.
