KAPPA WITH FISH

Ingredients


Kappa
¼ kg
Fish
¼ kg
Red chillies
7
Coriander
2 tsp
Turmeric powder
¼ tsp
Pepper
½ tsp
Shallots
4
Coconut
Little bit
Oil
2 tsp
Curry leaves, Salt



Method


  1. Grind red chillies, coriander, turmeric, pepper, onion and coconut finely.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add seasoning.
  3. Now add the ground mixture along with fish, kappa  and salt.
  4. Add little bit water if necessary.
  5. Cook till done.
