Ingredients
Cucumber | 2 |
Tamarind | Little bit |
Coconut | 2 pieces |
Red chillies | 7 |
Cumin | ½ tsp |
Garlic | Pod |
Salt | To taste |
Oil | 2 tsp |
Mustard | ½ tsp |
Curry leaves |
Method
- Grind coconut, red chillies, cumin and garlic coarsely.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard and curry leaves.
- Add cucumber fry and cook without adding water.
- Add little bit tamarind pulp and ground masala along with salt.
- Mix well.
