Method
- Fry fennel seeds and powder it.
- Grind coconut, tamarind, chilli powder, fennel powder and turmeric powder.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, and curry leaves and onion fry well.
- Now add potato fry well.
- Add water and cook the potato.
- Once done, add the ground masala and salt.
- Mix well.
