Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

4 eggs

1 ¼ cups sugar

¾ cup oil

2 ¼ cups flour      

1 tbsp. baking powder

3 tbsps. Cocoa powder

¾ cup Orange juice

1 ¼ cup semisweet chocolate coverture

Method

Preheat oven to 400 F. Beat eggs and sugar until light and creamy. Add oil and juice. Stir in flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa powder.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in bottom rack of the oven for 40 – 45 minutes. Then let cool and spread cake with melted semisweet chocolate.
