Ingredients
Raw Rice | 1 Kg |
Jaggery | 1 ½ Kg |
Cardamom | 6 |
Oil | To fry |
Method
- Soak rice and let it dry lightly on the towel. Powder with cardamom coarsely.
- Make jaggery syrup by adding little bit water till string consistency.
- Mix this syrup with the flour and keep this mixture for 2 days.
- After two days, make small balls with the help of oil and put a hole in the center, deep fry it.
- If the mixture is hard add hot water.
