Ingredients
Tomatoes | 8 medium |
Cumin | ½ tsp |
Mustard | ½ tsp |
Fenugreek | ½ tsp |
Chilli powder | 1 and a half tsp |
Turmeric powder | ¼ tsp |
Garlic | 10 cloves |
Oil | ½ cup |
Salt | To taste |
Method
- Wash and cut Tomatoes
- In a small skillet, heat cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds for few minutes on med heat while sirring constantly.
- Remove from fire and then powder along with mustard seeds. Keep asids.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and fry till brown. Now add the above powder, red chilli powder and fry for a min.
- Immediately add tomatoes, salt and turmeric powder. Stir periodically and cook on low heat until the oil appears on the surface.
