CHICKEN PORIYAL

Ingredients    

 

Chicken
150 gm
Onion
2
Ginger
½ inch
Garlic
7 pods
Mint leaves

Garam masala
½ tsp
Oil
3 tsp
Turmeric powder
¼ tsp
Chilli powder
½ tsp
Curry leaves, salt

Pepper powder
¼ tsp













 

Method


  1. Cook chicken with ¼ cup water, turmeric and salt for 8 minutes or till done.
  2. Let it cool, and then grind coarsely without adding water.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry well. Add mint leaves; curry leaves fry for a minute. Add finely minced ginger and garlic.
  4. Add minced meat, chilli powder, salt and garam masala – fry for 4 minutes.
  5. After 4 minutes add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp ghee and fry for a minute. Add pepper powder.
