Ingredients
Chicken | 150 gm |
Onion | 2 |
Ginger | ½ inch |
Garlic | 7 pods |
Mint leaves | |
Garam masala | ½ tsp |
Oil | 3 tsp |
Turmeric powder | ¼ tsp |
Chilli powder | ½ tsp |
Curry leaves, salt | |
Pepper powder | ¼ tsp |
Method
- Cook chicken with ¼ cup water, turmeric and salt for 8 minutes or till done.
- Let it cool, and then grind coarsely without adding water.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry well. Add mint leaves; curry leaves fry for a minute. Add finely minced ginger and garlic.
- Add minced meat, chilli powder, salt and garam masala – fry for 4 minutes.
- After 4 minutes add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp ghee and fry for a minute. Add pepper powder.
