Ingredients


Milk
½ litre
Coconut
½
Sugar



Method


  1. Make a first coconut milk and keep aside.
  2. Boil milk well till the quantity becomes half.
  3. Add sugar and mix well.
  4. Now, add coconut milk and boil till the quantity becomes half.
  5. Switch off the stove and let it cool.
  6. Keep it into the freezer.
  7. Once it becomes semi solid state, pour this into mixie and mix well.
  8. Again keep it into the freezer.
