CHICKEN OR EGG PUFF

Ingredients


Pastry sheet
1 pack
Chicken  (or) Egg
½ cup (minced)
Onion
1
G/g paste
¼ tsp
Carrots
2 tsp
Turmeric powder
¼ tsp
Chilli powder
¼ tsp
Ajwain
1/8 tsp
Pepper powder
1 tsp
Garam masala
½ tsp
Curry leaves, cilantro, salt, oil



Method


  1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin, chopped onions, ginger garlic and shredded carrots and fry for a while.
  2. Then add minced chicken with turmeric powder, chilli powder, ajwain powder, black pepper powder garam masala powder and salt.
  3. Fry them till the mixture turns dry and and garnish with chopped coriander and curry leaves. Let it cool completely.
  4. Roll the pastry sheet on a flat surface and cut into 4 portions. Keep 2 tsp of the filling and fold diagonally and seal with water.
  5. Bake them for 20 minutes in a 400 F preheated oven.

For Egg:
  1. Boil eggs. Cut into 2 halves.
  2. Stuff each squares with one half.
  3. Cover them with little veggie filling and seal.
