Ingredients
Pastry sheet | 1 pack |
Chicken (or) Egg | ½ cup (minced) |
Onion | 1 |
G/g paste | ¼ tsp |
Carrots | 2 tsp |
Turmeric powder | ¼ tsp |
Chilli powder | ¼ tsp |
Ajwain | 1/8 tsp |
Pepper powder | 1 tsp |
Garam masala | ½ tsp |
Curry leaves, cilantro, salt, oil |
Method
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin, chopped onions, ginger garlic and shredded carrots and fry for a while.
- Then add minced chicken with turmeric powder, chilli powder, ajwain powder, black pepper powder garam masala powder and salt.
- Fry them till the mixture turns dry and and garnish with chopped coriander and curry leaves. Let it cool completely.
- Roll the pastry sheet on a flat surface and cut into 4 portions. Keep 2 tsp of the filling and fold diagonally and seal with water.
- Bake them for 20 minutes in a 400 F preheated oven.
For Egg:
- Boil eggs. Cut into 2 halves.
- Stuff each squares with one half.
- Cover them with little veggie filling and seal.
