Ingredients


Tamarind
2 lemon size
Fenugreek
½ tsp
Pepper
½ tsp
Red chillies

Peanuts or Channa dal
¾ cup
Asafetida
Pinch
Mustard seeds
½ tsp
Urad dal
1 tsp
Oil
¼ cup
Jaggery (optional)
Little bit



Method


  1. Fry fenugreek and pepper and powder it.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add asafetida, mustard, urad dal,, peanuts, red chillies fry well.
  3. Add thick tamarind pulp and boil it.
  4. Add the powder, salt and jaggery.
  5. Make it thick
