Ingredients
Rava | 1 cup |
Sugar | 1 ½ cup |
Water | 3 cups |
Kesari powder | ¼ tsp |
Ghee | ½ cup |
Raisin | |
Cashew nuts |
Method
- Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a pan. Add rava and fry well. Keep aside.
- Heat a pan with the remaining ghee; add raisin and cashew fry it.
- Add water, kesari powder and sugar.
- While boiling, add rava little by little without any lumps. Stir till done.
