RAVA KESARI

Ingredients


Rava
1 cup
Sugar
1 ½ cup
Water
3 cups
Kesari powder
¼ tsp
Ghee
½ cup
Raisin

Cashew nuts




Method


  1. Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a pan. Add rava and fry well. Keep aside.
  2. Heat a pan with the remaining ghee; add raisin and cashew fry it.
  3. Add water, kesari powder and sugar.
  4. While boiling, add rava little by little without any lumps. Stir till done.
