Ingredients
Potato | 2 |
Onion | 1 |
Tomato | 1 |
Fennel seeds | 1 tsp |
Coconut | ¼ cup |
Chilli powder | 1 ½ tsp |
Coriander powder | ½ tsp |
Salt, oil, curry leaves |
Method
1. Dry roast fennel seeds and coarsely grind with coconut.
2. Cook potatoes and cut into cubes.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry well. Add tomato and fry.
4. Add potato along with all powders, ground masala, salt and water. Mix well.
5. Add curry leaves.
