Ingredients – 2
Coconut | ½ cup |
Onion | ½ |
Chilli powdr | 1 ½ tsp |
Coriander powder | 3 tsp |
Turmeric powder | ½ tsp |
Pepper, garlic, cumin |
Method
1. Grind all ingredients-2 and make fine paste.
2. Heat oil in a pan, fry onion till translucent.
3. Add dry fish, green chillies and fry well.
4. Add vegetables and fry well. Add tamarind pulp. Boil it.
5. Cook the vegetables. Add ground masala. Boil well.
Add salt if necessary.
