Ingredients
Goat legs | 4 (cut into 8 pieces) |
Chilli powder | 2 tsp |
Turmeric powder | ¼ tsp |
Coriander powder | 2 tsp |
Onion | 4 |
Tomatoes | 4 |
Fennel seeds | 1 tsp |
G/g paste | 2 tsp |
Whole spices | 3 each |
Green chillies | 4 |
Cashew - 6, coconut | ½ cup |
Oil, curry leaves, salt |
Method
1. Pressure-cook the legs with salt, water, g/g paste (1 tsp) and turmeric powder. Grind cashew and coconut.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices, onion, fennel seeds, green chillies, g/g paste and fry well. Add tomatoes and cook.
3. Add all powders and cooked mutton, ground maala. Cook till the gravy consistency. Add curry leaves and cilantro.
