Ingredients
Brinjal | 5 |
Onion | 1 |
Chilli powder | 1 ½ tsp |
Turmeric powder | ¼ tsp |
Salt, oil |
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan, add seasoning, fry onion till translucent.
2. Add brinjals. Fry well.
3. Reduce flame, add all powders and salt. Fry till done.
