Ingredients
Rice flour | 2 tbsp |
Besan flour | 2 cups |
Red chillies | 10 |
Asafoetida | ¼ tsp |
Baking soda | A pinch |
Garlic | 2 pods |
Pepper | 1 tsp |
Salt, oil |
Method
1. Grind red chillies and garlic into a coarse paste. Grind pepper separately.
2. In a bowl, mix everything using water and make dough like murukku dough.
3. Using murukku press (use hole nozzle) drop murukkus into hot oil.
Separate the layer and deep-fry them.
