Ingredients
Onion (cut lengthwise) | 1 |
Dry fish | 100 gm |
Chilli powder | 1 tsp |
Turmeric powder | ¼ tsp |
Salt, oil, curry leaves |
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and onion. Fry well.
2. Add dry fish. Fry well. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder. Stir well.
3. Add salt if necessary.
