Ingredients
Black channa (cooked) | 1 cup |
Plantain | 1 big |
Chena kizhangu | 1 cup |
Turmeric powder | ½ tsp |
Coconut | 1 cup |
Red chillies | 5 |
Cumin | 1 tsp |
Sliced coconut | 2 tsp |
Mustard, oil, salt, curry leaves |
Method
1. Cook all vegetables with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
2. Add cooked channa into it and mix them.
3. Grind coconut, red chillies and cumin to a coarse paste.
4. Add this paste into the cooked vegetables and stir well. Switch off.
5. Heat oil in a pan; add all seasoning ingredients and sliced coconut, fry till brown.
6. Pour this into the curry.
