Ingredients
Ground chicken | 1 lb |
Onion | ½ |
Cooked Potatoes | 2 (mashed) |
G/g paste | 1 tbsp |
Green chillies | 3 |
Turmeric powder | ½ tsp |
Garam masala | ½ tsp |
Egg (separated) | 1 |
Breadcrumbs | |
Salt, oil |
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan, fry chicken with salt and turmeric powder. Sauté well till the chicken is getting cooked.
2. In another pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, fry onion, green chillies, well. Add mashed potatoes and garam masala, salt and chicken.
3. Switch off the heat, when the raw smell is gone.
4. Mix everything well and add egg yolk to it. Let it cool completely.
5. Shape it into a heart using a cutter. Take each cutlet and roll it in the egg white and then roll in the breadcrumbs.
6. Shallow fry these in hot oil. We can also bake in the oven at 450 F for about 10 – 12 minutes or until golden brown.
