Ingredients
Carrots | 2 |
Onion | 1 |
Tomato | 1 |
Chilli powder | ¾ tsp |
Coconut | 1 tbsp |
Fennel seeds | ½ tsp |
Water | ¼ cup |
Salt, oil |
Method
1. Cut carrots in round shape. Grind coconut and fennel seeds coarsely.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add seasoning, onion and fry well.
3. Add tomato and fry well. Add chilli powder, salt, ground masala,carrot and water.
4. Cover and cook in medium flame.
