PANIYARAM

Ingredients


Rava
1 cup
Maida
¾ cup
Sugar
1 cup
Cardamom powder
¼ tsp
Oil
Deep fry

Method

1.      Soak rava for ½ an hour with very little amount of water.
2.      Add maida, cardamom and sugar. Add little bit of water if necessary.
3.      The batter should be thick. Pour the batter with spoon and deep fry.
