Ingredients
Mutton kothu kari | ½ kg |
Coconut | ½ cup |
Green chillies | 5 |
Shallots | 20 |
Garlic | 10 |
Ginger | 1 inch |
Cumin | 1 tsp |
Fennel seeds | 1 tsp |
Egg | 1 |
Whole spices | 3 |
Salt, oil, pottukadalai powder |
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan, fry cumin, green chillies, onion, garlic, coconut in medium flame. Add half of the mutton to the above. Fry till the water fully absorbed.
2. In a bowl, add the uncooked mutton with the fried items and the remaining ingredients. Grind well without adding any water. Add beaten egg and grind it once. Add pottukadalai powder to the mix and make balls.
3. Deep fry until golden color in medium or low flame.
