Ingredients
Chicken | 1 lb |
G/g paste | 2 tsp |
Chilli powder | 1 tsp |
Corn flour | 1 tbsp |
Chilli sauce | 1 ½ tsp |
Soya sauce | 3 tsp |
Tomato sauce | 1 tbsp |
Egg | 1 |
Lime | ½ |
Capsicum | 1 |
Onion | 1 |
Ginger | 1 inch |
Garlic | 2 |
Salt, oil, cilantro |
Method
1. Marinate chicken with g/g paste, lemon juice, salt, chilli powder, ½ tsp chilli sauce and 2 tsp soya sauce. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Mix corn flour, egg and the marinated chicken together. Deep fry in oil.
3. Heat oil (same oil) in a pan, fry onion, add ginger, green chillies, and capsicum. Fry them. Add soya sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce and 1 tbsp tomato sauce.
4. Add fried chicken and cilantro. Mix well. Do all these on a low flame.
