This is just another variation of mint chutney.
Ingredients

Mint acts as a cooling sensation to the skin and helps in dealing with skin irritations. Help to eliminate toxins from the body and whitening teeth and combat bad breath. It is a very good cleanser for the blood.
1 cup chopped mint
2 tbsp. groundnut
1 tbsp. Sesame seeds
2 tbsp. coconut1 tbsp. urad dal
5 red chillies
2 garlic cloves
Little bit tamarind
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. sesame oil
Heat oil in a pan, add urad dal. When it started to change its color, add ground nut, red chillies and sesame seeds. Mix well. Once done add garlic, tamarind, coconut and mint. Mix everything together well for a minute. Remove from the stove. Cool and grind with salt. Add little bit water if required. Serve with hot rice, idli and dosa.
