All-Clad

Its cookware is made of stainless steel, copper-core and non-stick. I have given some of my favorite collections.

Copper core

Copper core features a bonded five-ply construction that combines the superior heat conductivity of copper and 18/10 stainless steel. Five-ply includes, stainless steel cooking surface, aluminum layer, copper core, aluminum layer and magnetic stainless steel exterior. Copper core maximizes heat conductivity. The combination of copper and aluminum allow rapid and even heat distribution. Highest-quality interior and exterior stainless steel provides the ideal cooking surface and easy cleaning. Safe for use in the oven and under the grill. This is the high end. So, naturally the price is high.

D5 Brushed

If you don’t want to spend more, then you can go for d5 stainless. It 20% more even heating performance over traditional cookware, virtually eliminating hot spots. D5 is also five-ply construction, includes, stainless steel cooking surface, aluminum layer, stainless steel core, aluminum and induction stainless steel exterior. Energy-efficient advanced construction that allows heat diffusion from the bottom of the pan up to the sidewalls. Compatible with all hob surfaces. Safe for use in the oven and under the grill. Price is lesser than Copper core.

Stainless Steel

Classic Style, outstanding performance, effortless cleaning and lifetime durability. Tri-ply construction, includes, stainless steel interior, aluminum core, induction stainless exterior. Tri-ply with aluminum core delivers even heat distribution. Otherwise, everything is same as copper core and d5. This is the cheapest find.

Non-stick, hard anodized and MC² is also some other collections of All-Clad.
