Ingredients

2 cups Maida
2 cups Wheat flour
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. oil
Oil to fry

Method

Ø  Sift wheat flour and maida.
Ø  Add salt and mix well. Now add oil and mix well with hand.
Ø  Add water and mix well and make tight dough.
Ø  Make small balls, knead and deep fry.
